Judge living vicariously through the perp?

Judge Fox has reportedly been known for giving light sentences to sex offenders in the past. In 2001, a 23-year-old man who assaulted three teenage girls was given a suspended sentence by Fox, who called the girls “silly.” In 2009, he gave another suspended sentence to a 21-year-old man accused of sexual relations with two girls, age 13 and 15. A 40-year-old woman accused of sexual relations with a 14-year-old boy also got off easy, with Fox reportedly saying the boy seduced the woman. An appeals court later overturned his ruling and gave the woman a one year sentence.

It makes you wonder why.

Not really. There's only one reason that I can think of why the judge would go light on him.....

Agree. This is what I would post if I were on a UK site - to try to knock some sense into their heads: “Finally we start teaching these little Lolitas a lesson. Some of us are sick of how they can strut around, seduce men twice their age, and then claim they were assaulted. The nerve of these little girls. Thank goodness we have a PROGRESSIVE judge who understands that little girls need to learn how to behave and a supports the idea that adult men can help teach them important lessons in life.”

Again - the above is TOTALLY SARCASTIC - meant to show just how degenerate things have become over there. It’s very hard to get through to people by being direct...it’s often much more effective to essentially paraphrase what the judge (in this case) was really saying.

I’m stunned at this “sentence”. Perhaps this ruling will also be overturned, but the real solution is to have this judge removed.

incompetent and insane come to mind as my thoughts of this “judge” I have more but will keep those to myself,,,

I’m sure that she did ‘seduce’ him, but he is the adult that should be responsible for his actions; children are what adults make them into.
