Langner concludes that Stuxnet is a new WMD unleashed on the world and the West will be most vulnerable to an attack.
So why did he publicly analyze it and let Iran know its purpose?
Largely due to the fact that they were powerless to stop it, and as far as I can tell no one alerted them to what was going on even while it was occurring. If they were hit again even with what is know they could do nothing about it.
