There is no shortage of places to cash checks in Detroit without an ID. Its all part of the top to bottom corruption.

Any investigation would have to come from the FBI but at least Bobb has stopped the checks from going out at all.

The message needs to be clear: Defraud the taxpayers and go to jail, or it just won't stop.

We're dealing with people raised by the State to as the animals they have become, customers for the welfare state. This has been going on for generations. It's time to send a clear message that it has to stop.

I have to agree with you in terms of the State stepping in and taking over. Our town did the same - it took a recall and then another election but we got rid of the officials who used city funds to line their own pockets. These people had, and still have, political connections and I fear a State official would replace our newly elected officials with the same politically connected robbers that the town worked hard to rout out.
