This looks for all the world like an illegal secondary boycott, forbidden by Federal labor law.
The Attorney General ought to be all over this like a Hun on horseback. But, I’m betting on selective enforcement, or in this case, NON-enforcement.

Pay up or be shut down, burned up or blowed up, i thought the government won the war against racketeering, but i guess the other side won and now have control of the government.
For years, our local anti-Walmart folks have shopped at Walmart. They go late at night, hoping no one sees them. They can be seen to scuttle around quickly, making no eye contact.
And the votes by readers on the comments. The numbers against this tactic are out of sight. It’s surprising, because I follow these discussions and vote on the comments and it seemed like the unions were making some headway in public opinion recently. On this article, the sentiment is overwhelmingly against the union tactics.
Per talk radio this AM this is a Class H felony under state statute 943.30 FWIW...
