The price of IC bulbs has gone up, better hurry, Even before the CFL’s, about 95% of our lighting was FL. How are these disposed of? Go look in the dumpsters in the alley and see hundreds of them, not wrapped in any thing. Both TX senators voted for the ban , I sent them a Nastigram and will vote against them any time.
How about the zillions of stadium and street lights? Mercury vapor. Freedom is the issue, not mercury. The CFL’s contribution of mercury is about as signiificant as our effect on atmospheric CO2
