Perhaps a little context is in order here. Just to be clear, does Sen. Heinz-Kerry consider the fall of The Berlin Wall a good thing or a bad thing?
And, equally as important if not more so, it give Barack Ubama a chance to build up his military bona fides heading into a Presidential election year.
