Good. Now, it lacks the penache of what the Italians did to mussolini, but if this is how the libyan psychopath meets his end, that’s fine and good.

But, but, but I thought we were not targeting Gadaffy... that’s what Obama, Kerry and other government officials have said.
Oh that’s right... the Chicago way.

I smell BS. News reports are trying to say it couldn’t have been a US missile, because killing Daffy was not the mission. BS! US is taking a “command and control” role, so NO aircraft is doing ANYTHING unless we either ordered it or had full knowledge of it. Any Air Force/military aviators/air controllers out there that could comment?

CNN Reports:
Gadhafi compound is heavily fortified !!
In fact, when they where there in 2008, they where searched for weapons and they even took away their cell phones.

When Reagan bombed Qaddafi direct US interest was involved.
Here we have no business interfering with their internal spats.

The man is crazy but I can’t imagine he is stupid enough to still be there. Are we basically sending teems of millions of dollars worth of hardware to blow up empty tents?

I just finished reading a story in my newspaper about Gadhafi calling for a massive gathering of his supporters at his Bab Azizia compound. He had promised a late-night speech of defiance against the forces arrayed against him. About 400 people showed up to support him proclaiming that if the compound was bombed, they would be there to give their lives for their dear leader. “I'm ready for war. Anyway, they won't dare to challenge us.”, said a high school student. “So what if they bomb?”, said a shopkeeper who brought his young daughter, “We never get scared. If there was any fear, these people would never come.”
When cellphones began ringing, the crowd stopped talking. People began whispering to each other about cruise missiles being fired at Tripoli. People quietly began heading out of the area until only a few dozen remained. Gadhafi never showed up and instead said he would address them by telephone from an “unidentified location”. These people soon realized that they were, in essence, human shields for a leader too cowardly to stand with them after he had gathered them under the impression of his being with them.
Oh well, so much for the “We are all Gadhafi.” slogan. I hope this stands as an example to those who still support their dictator that he would happily sacrifice them all to save his own butt. They are deluded but, hopefully, they are not stupid.

If the bombing kills Daffy, wouldn’t that be the equivalent of ordering the assassination of the head of state and also be illegal in this country?
To: Stayfrosty
This should have been done to Ahmadinejad when the Iranians were protesting.
We have a 30 year score to settle with those bastards.
