Who cares what this leftist pro-abort cross-dresser thinks? No one with a brain thought he had any concern whatsoever for the Constitution anyhow.

(snip)
Every member of the Supreme Court, every member
of congress, every member of the Joint Chiefs, most members of the DOD, CIA, FBI, Secret Service and
state run media, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, PBS, NPR, MSNBC, Fox and print news, knows that Barack Hussein Obama
does NOT meet Article II – Section I constitutional requirements for the office he holds. By his own biography, there is NO way he can pass the test. The hard evidence is so far beyond overwhelming, it is ridiculous.

(snip)
But not ONE member of America’s most powerful people will dare confront Obama and his anti-American cabal
on the subject. The Constitution does NOT stand.

(snip)
Half of the people you expect to stop this insanity
are quiet co-conspirators in the silent coup.
The other half is paralyzed by fear, motivated
only by political self-preservation.

(Snip)
Americans keep asking what they can do because
they see that none of their leaders are doing
anything to stop the demise of their beloved country. It’s the right question, because those leaders
are NOT going to stop this thing.

Interesting headline writing. Giuliani said nothing like the headline would have one believe. Pick up the spin. Did yesterday’s headline about Trump scream, Trump: ITts Time for Obama to Man Up on Eligibility? Both Giuliani’s and Trump’s statements were fairly tepid.

Giuliani did say yeah, he thinks O was born in the US, for which, of course, he has no proof. He also said that pursuing the issue is futile, it’s too late, and we have bigger issues to deal with.

Unfortunately, he is correct. I don’t see any viable challenges to Obama’s eligibility after the Hollister case was shot down last week or the week before. So, it is too late and now futile. But for that I resent the SCOTUS, not Giuliani for pointing out the obvious. In fact, it’s so futile now that Obama can joke about it again. His own little ‘up yours’ to those who think the Constitution means something.

it's really too late and futile. ... We have so many more important things to talk about.

I heard Chris Wallace from Fox News Sunday say the same thing today on the Gallagher radio show. Is this a "Talking Point" ?

"He's born in the United States, I don't see any real question about that," Giuliani said. "And even if some people have some doubts in the back of their minds it's really too late and futile. ... We have so many more important things to talk about."

What an ringing unequivocal endorsement. NOT.

Maybe a talking point, but it is so a waste of resources for the 2012 election. It is over...SO MANY important issues to discuss in the defense of our country.

Stipulated for the sake of argument:

"Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro was born on American soil -- thus making him just as much of a jus solis US citizen as the "Anchor Baby" child of any Mexican wetback."

And that makes him exactly as much a "Natural Born Citizen" as the criminal invader's child.

It’s obvious that there is a new Republican National Committee talking point on this issue. Quite a few of the national politicians are using the same language to distance themselves.

Sarah Palin: The birth certificate issue is “distracting” and “annoying.”

He’s never going to show a BC, most simply because he doesn’t have to.

He might!

Several states are passing laws requiring proof of citizenship of candidates before they can appear on the ballot.

Not one of those laws has passed yet. Georgia’s attempt failed on Wednesday and New Hampshie’s died last week.
Nebraska’s attempt is on life support.

The GOP will lose in 2012 if they attack the Birthers

If the GOP, and various GOP Media (Beck, Coulter, Breitbart) continue to attack Birthers....the GOP will lose the House, and the DNC retains the Senate and White House

This stupidity of pandering to liberal independents is a loser...especially when many real conservatives want Obama Eligibility raised as an issue.

Diuliani has no chance to be elected, anyway.

We have so many more important things to talk about.

We do like making sure there's never a question again:

Over a dozen states have tried to pass proof of eligability bills, most died in committee but a few are still alive and need your help:

NE - LB 654 hearing held as of 3/10/11.

HI - HB1116 Rida Cabanilla (D!) intro'd bill 1/11 to supply BC for "persons of civic prominence" upon request and $100 fee.

MO - Failed in '09. Trying again, HB 283 hearing held as of 3/1/11.

TX - HB 295 intro'd 11/10, in committee as of 2/15

TN - SB 1043 intro'd 1/11, in committee as of 2/23.

OK - Failed in '08. SB91 advanced to House for consideration as of 3/14.

To see the details, type SB91 in the "Measure Number" box on the Oklahoma Legislature Home Page Quick Search Form

CT - SB 391 intro'd 1/11. In committee.

IA - SF 369, intro'd 3/11. In committee.

ME - LD34, Died in committee 3/3/11.
GA - Failed in '10. (HB 1516). Failed in '11 (HB 401).
MT - HB 205 intro'd 1/11. "Missed Deadline for General Bill Transmittal"
AZ - Failed in '10 - passed house, senate refused to vote. Tried in 2/11, died in senate committee.
IN - Intro'd 1/11. Died in committee.
NH - Intro'd 3/11. Died in committee.

And on top of that, Obama is using the eligibility issue as a wedge issue to divide and demoralize those on the right. That is why he wants to keep the issue going in the media.

YAWN....you are just repeating the same Liberal Media excuses for not bringing up the Obama Eligibility issue.

Had we had serious leadership in the GOP and GOP Media on Obama Eligibility from the beginning....Obama would have been out of the White House by now. Too many liberals and phony Cons making excuses for Obama

Pretty much by now....if you are not an Obama Birther....you are an Obama Supporter

What these a$$-h@le$ fail to understand .. (OR Maybe they do and wont say) is .. If this impostor in the White-Hut is not legally in office then .. NONE of his laws, appointments or “Executive Orders” are legal.

That is one of the reasons I get so pee-owed when I see folks HERE on the freerepublic say .. “It’s too late” or .. “It doesn’t matter now”!

It Does matter and It will Never be too late!!

Did Obama just have the Marine Corps band stop playing “Hail to the Chief” and play “Born in the USA” at the Gridiron dinner last Saturday night or didn’t he?

If you can’t see what HIS strategy is on the birther issue, you’re blind as a bat.
