Not in terms of the crime, but possibly with respect to the racial polarization of the town.
We were discussing here the responsibilty to educate children about not going into vehicles with stangers, not the rape itself.
They are too ignorant to know that the Basques, the Canary Islanders, the Cubans, and 50% of New Yorkers disagree with them.
Right on. I have several red-haired blue-eyed friends whose ancestors are from Spain. They would never classify themselves as Hispanic.
Hispanic is a purely political designation, used mainly in the USA to get freebies for freeloaders.
