I don't believe for a minute that the views expressed by Ron Schiller weren't shared by the whole organization.
No question about it. Schiller wouldn't have been so glib with his comments in front of another NPR employee, if he didn't feel quite comfortable that she held the same views (and it's obvious she did, from her own comments).

We need to send O’Keefe’s work to Republicans and start asking them when they are going to go to work.
Alan Colmes was just on Fox with Martha discussing this incident. He smeared O’Keefe implying that his video was somewhat invalid because he’s conservative.
Colmes is such a nebbish.
