Why are Border Patrol agents in Arizona ordered to fight with bean bags against AK-47s?
This is definitely Obama’s fault, and McCain is complicit.

This is reminiscent of that scene in Sherlock Holmes, where Sherlock hit the Frenchman in the chest with the hammer and it bounces harmlessly off.

Questions that should be asked: Who approved ATF's Operation Fast and Furious?
What disciplinary action has been taken?
Has anyone even been reprimanded?
Was Border Agent Brian Terry murdered with a weapon that ATF allowed to fall into the hands of his killers?
We need answers.

I'm not sure what their use of force policy says, but I bet it doesn't say use non-lethals when presented with a deadly force threat.
Opening fire against known armed individuals with a non-lethal is a sure fire way to receive fire in return.

Opening fire against known armed individuals with a non-lethal is a sure fire way to receive fire in return. Man, isn't that true!
I'm sure Terry's team has been interviewed regarding the incident, and I'm sure that this issue was covered.
Do you think the public will ever be able to read the report?
If not, do you think any of his team members will go public?
I hope so.

Just a thought but if I were a Border Patrol Officer......I wouldn’t give a good GD what the higher ups said, if I saw an AK-47 there is abosolutely no way I would fire bean bags first.
Better to be fired for going against regs than dead.

Amazing that the BATF & other agencies can use live ordinance on it’s own citizens..yet cannot be armed to protect themselves against opposing foreign people.
Am I missing something here?

The Border Patrol ... stated that four officers had been looking for bandits preying on drug and human smugglers. Protecting drug smugglers and human smugglers from preying banditos. Is this new to the BP job description?

Bean bags are for playing Cornhole. Officer Terry’s supervisors needs to play a little Cornhole in prison.

Better to be fired for going against regs than dead.Except getting fired is just a first step. Next is trial, then prison.

Questions that should be asked: Was Agent Terry killed by an ATF operative who subsequently left weapons behind as planted evidence?
