Both have to explain how they can oppose ObamaCare while implementing programs in their state that are awfully close to the rules of Obamas programs.
That's easy:
as autonomous government entitities the individual States can decide their own paths, such that a US citizen has the various options available, and the implementation of various solutions across the States facilitates efficient conclusions. Some might call it "States' Rights," we call it dismantlement of federal authoritarianism, which, in the case of the ex-Soviet Union for example, is a moribund, statist tragedy of leftism, called Communism.
Besides, I seriously doubt either of the States' programs are anywhere near the behemoth of ObamaCare. Of course the US government had to pass it for us all to find out, and we will not fully for years.

Romney CREATED ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE.
Romney, like Obama, is not eligible to be President,
and is a narcissist who blames others all the time.
300 million people and look at the slate of people we have to choose from. VERY VERY sad. There’s not ONE Republican who has expressed interest who I would vote for right now. And yes, that includes Palin.
Yeah I checked if IN had joined other states in the lawsuit but the article did have other data demonstrating Daniel on Gov HC.
