You can keep your opinion to yourself because it’s looks likely that she is running.....she has people in Iowa and had her Chief of Staff respond to Karl Roves contention that they need somebody in his mode to help candidates run for President.....her family has said that they want her to run as well.....she even mention that she would be running a unconventional campaign

Yes and if Palin and Huck have not made their intentions known, by May 1, they will have to divulge their intentions. Fox News cannot be used as a campaign headquarters for any candidate.

Palin and Huckabee are under different contracts which spells out “what if scenario”

Palin said that she would never have a “exploratory committee” she will just jump in.....Gingrich and Santorum may be ready to announce that they are forming exploratory committees (which does not commit them to run). After 60 days, they then have to make a final decision (at which point their contracts with Fox would be terminated). That’s why Palin isn’t included......

The laws actually covers "broadcast" outlets only, the cable channels are bought like advertising, and as long as it doesn't go out over the airwaves, it doesn't fall under the broadcast rules.

How does that work for Dish network. As a physical definition if you pick it up with a dish antenna it must be a broadcast. Of course legal and physical definitions rarely have anything to do with one another.

The article talks about exploratory committee commitments - Sarah said herself that she will not form one if she was running, she would just announce and run......these idiots didn’t hear her nor are you hearing why rick and newt got this notice - because they have both on the news given indications of forming a committee! Sheesh!

DISH is not "broadcast" in the conventional sense, you have to PAY to receive the signal over special equipment (i.e. satellite dish, receiver, etc.).

Same with conventional cable, you need a cable, special access, receiver, etc.

Any subscription service where you need special equipment to receive it, is not subject to the rules.

Its nothing to get mad about. I like Palin I just don’t think she is going to run. Millions of other people don’t think she is going to run. If I were her I would not run in 2012. She is making a lot of money and having a great time. Newt didn’t run in 2008 because he was pursuing wealth. Its not a sin. For your peace of mind I hope she runs. If she gets nominated I’ll vote for her.

I don’t know but I’m guessing as much or more than Juan Williams makes. That kind of money is hard to walk away from especially if you have never made much before. I can sympathize because I would love to make that much just one year.

I read Palin made around $12 million last year and God bless her. She deserves it for the drubbing she took while running for VP and also everything after. I think its going to be hard for her to give up that money also.
