Why can’t blacks just simply memorialize the Slave that they all seem to associate with as their ancestor and BE DONE WITH IT, be HAPPY they are no longer slaves, and just be happy people in general?
They’re all just so angry all the time ...(no wonder they suffer such high rates of hypertension.)
Just think...the Attorney General of this country is a racist. This is yet another disgusting reality we must face. A damn racist!
He looks like a Holder, a holder of something I don’t care to name.
Does he know the suffering in Africa; at the hands of 'whom' and their color?. . .?
We may as well have Charlie Sheen for Attorney General. . .disgusting. This should not stand; but, no doubt; it will.
Ping for WTF meter bouncing off the scale.
This is exactly what they teach in race and oppression “classes” at the universities.
People have to actually sit through this crap and pretend they agree just to get the green light to teach.
No?
So the whites that helped “his people” those were the “good white people”.
These whites in Philadelphia they deserve no respect because they were threatened by blacks, and that doesn’t count.
That the republican leadership is not demanding his resignation, sadly speaks volumes.
F this, I want reparations.
Are you FRickin’ kidding me?!?! Some of my ancestors were indentured servants (HELLOOOOOOOO, ERIC, IT WASN’T LIVING HIGH ON THE HOG FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE WHITE!!!! >:-(
I myself have dealt with some ‘reverse discrimination’—years ago when I was teaching I was commuting 26 miles each way every day, 5 days a week...even back then gas was using up a huge chunk of my paycheck. I worked for DISD in inner city Dallas, and upon researching various schools in the district, found one that would have made my drive drop to 5 miles each way every day—plus they had an opening that was PERFECT for me, ESL teaching!!
I set up an appointment with the principal, went to the school, visited the classroom, loved the location (suburbs) plus the shorter commute—principal told me they were having a terrible time filling the position (original teacher’s husband was transferred and they moved out of state), she LOVED my resume, and I remember thinking, THIS JOB IS *MINE*.
Right until she told me she couldn’t hire me.
Why? She told me this ‘off the record’ because she was as disgusted as I was.
Because I wasn’t BLACK or HISPANIC, and the school had a ‘quota’ to fill. I couldn’t believe it! She had just told me that this classroom of kids had been having a multitude of substitutes because they couldn’t fill the position with a *qualified* person...so my white skin color disqualified me from helping those kids (not bragging, but I was an EXCELLENT ESL teacher!) and throughout the school year I would check the job opening posts and the position remained open for the remainder of the school year. :-(
FEH on that bigoted racist Eric Holder and his bigoted “acting stupidly” friend in the White House. I can see 2012 from my house!
You don’t have to go back to the revolution, the “Philadelphia whites” would be among those who fought and died in the civil war that freed the slaves.
Holder is despicable.
Mr Holder, (may I call you ‘Mister’ instead of ‘boy’?) I have suffered and have a, uhm, birth certificate to prove it! May I be your friend?
****Sigh****
There are times I really think the Earth has gone through a portal to another dimension.
we have a Klan of Black Racists in the white house.
Yep1 “The klan with a tan.”
If you think he got all wee wee’d up on that one, just wait until they explain to him that the “-” in African-American is a hyphen and NOT a minus sign.
Holder is a proud Rodent-American (though I’m not so sure about the American part).
“Think about that,” Holder said. “When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, [blacks in the South suffered] and to compare what people were subjected to there to what happened in Philadelphiawhich was inappropriate, certainly that to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line, who risked all, for my people,” [more than the white people in Philadelphia exposed to the black panthers] said Holder, “...............
What I object to are headlines that give the impression someone said something they didn’t. For example “Holder says Whites Cant Be Victims of Racial Injustice Because They Havent Suffered Enough”. In fact he didnt say anything close to that. No where in the article did he say “whites cant be victims racial injustice”, thats just a lie. MAybe we can interpret thats what he meant, but he didnt say it. He also never said whites didnt suffer enough. He just didnt agree that what the panthers did was as bad or worse than what blacks went through as far as voting rights. Thats undoubtedly true, but the congressman specified “during his career”, which is also probably true as the worse voting rights violations happened over 30 years ago.
In short, I’d like to see the interpretation of what people say in the comments section, not the headline.
What Good Can a Handgun Do Against An Army?
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-backroom/2312894/posts
“At what point shall we expect the approach of danger? By what means shall we fortify against it? Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never! All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years. At what point, then, is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.” ~Abraham Lincoln, Address Before the Young Men’s Lyceum of Springfield, Illinois (January 27, 1838)
