they can’t.
I wish they’d send Brock Lesnar after them.
non-compliance gets a headbutt to the nose.

Of course it all depends on what the law says. If the police act as truancy officers, meybe...
Indeed, it does hinge on the actual law, as well as the rules in the Senate.

The Democrats go AWOL when their leader is not a ring led sheep of the Democratic Party. Whenever they are asked to do something, however modest -to benefit the greater good they go AWOL. I would bring them back to jail time until a Court could determine if their flight violated any legal obligation. And I would keep them in jail until a Court could find an open date in the schedule -much like American Veterans are waiting for the lower Court to remedy the bad decision on the Mojave Cross Memorial.

I read somewhere that they are all inside some casino somewhere, drinking and carousing , and gambling, and maybe using their Wisconsin credit cards. Gotta investigate this, and give them ALL Drug Tests before they enter Madison. Do it NOW !

However, it is also important (and valuable) to have a State statute enacted along the same lines, or even go further if such action is do-able. Look at how the left stretches environmental law by administrative action. Given Beck, there is no doubt of the intent behind the ruling that political contributions should be voluntary and not subject to coercion or retribution for noncompliance. Hence, it would be very unlikely, and take a considerable period of time to undo such enforcement action by a State Labor Department simply prohibiting political contributions by coercion.
Meanwhile, the leftist cash flow takes a serious hit.

I would have to believe that the governor and legislators are fully aware of the kind of possibilities you mention. They need to be very prudent however as the credibility of the legislature and the political legitimacy of a law passed under such conditions could become problematic down the road. Sooner or later, after these 'rat-holes cool off and grow up, they all have to be able to get back to work together.
