Good Job on salaries, now let’s get their home addresses and picket in front of their homes.
Let’s get some pictures of kids wanting to go to school. maybe with signs saying that they are starving because their free breakfasts and lunches are being hijacked by the democrats.
The high school I went to had to shut down today, because of this I am going to turn in my diploma.
**** “Rush just announced that all the dims are on one bus and are heading out of the state. State Police should be able to find a bus dont ya think? “ *****
He also had a great idea ... have the National Guard sub for the Teachers that didn’t show ... Great Idea, there are MANY Teachers in the National Guard, and every NCO is Instructor Qualified and the kids would probably really Enjoy it while they actually learned something!
WIN WIN WIN
TT
The Republicans could make this a total victory by just letting everything shut down until and if they return.
Then, the vote. First.
Either you vote the unions out; or the whole government is shut down.
AFL-CIO is coordinating this so-called protest!

What is the Wisconsin law on this? I ask because if there isn’t a legal reason to force the dems to be there, this is not a good precedent.
THESE ARE PART TIME JOBS!!!
Can someone in Wisconsin educate me on how this works in your state? Because in my state each school district is paid a per pupil amount by the state. Changing teacher contracts would save nothing here. They would just need to pass a law that stated that the per student amount would go down from $8000 to $7200 (for example).
That still leaves just 19 and they need 20.
Wow. I like the way you think! Boy, would I like to see that!

I was one of a lucky few to receive an email from President and Mrs. Obama, inviting me and a guest to the White House for a Super Bowl party.
I also proudly introduced myself to other guests as a volunteer community organizer with Organizing for America, putting in 30 to 40 hours a week with my volunteer teams. In keeping with the spirit of our organization, I made sure to share my passion and my story for why I continue to stay involved and volunteer.

Melissa is a social worker in Madison, a mother of two, and her husband is a teacher. With two jobs in the public sector, their livelihoods are at risk, but that’s not the only thing: Im here also because I have two kids, and their education is important to me. If this bill passes, it hurts their teachers, their schools.
We also were able to thank Alicia, a home care worker of 15 years.
People have been working as home care workers for 10-15 years and haven’t had a raise. They are the lifeline to the patients they see, especially the ones who don’t have family nearby. When asked what she saw on a day-to-day basis in her work she shared, People dont understand, we’re not there just playing cards. We’re helping them with their bills, cleaning, helping with long-term living. We are the lifeline.
The Firefighters have joined to support their working brothers and sisters. They are marching through the crowd with signs “firefighters for labor!” and “firefighters for worker’s rights.”
Politicians on both sides have changed parties at various and sundry times. Why not have two or three Repubs. change to Demorat for a day or two, just to form the quorum, that would solve the problem!
GOOD GOD, that’s A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
a vote cannot be taken. Republicans need one Democratic senator to be present
Okay, so why can’t one Republican switch parties and become a Democrat for a day or two?

Brilliant!
You should get in your car and check the nicer hotels around town; let us know if you find them.

Too funny. Democrats are proving it is a mental disease. This is too funny. They need to set traps to catch the democrats. But they are like Rats. Hard to catch. How about a giant Rat Trap baited with .....
Is the quorum rule absolute?
If the issue of quorum is not raised and business is conducted then the business conducted stands provided other business transpires at the next meeting.
or something like that...
Home School.
Keep your kids away from these leftist wack-jobs.
How soon until they start taking school children as hostages?
