Lets go with a nuclear sword, hacks the federal government to a budget jus enough for military and border control, let states deal with the rest, we can hold them accountable easier..
Lets eliminate all fuel subsidies. We can get 15 or 20 billion from ethanol and over 50 billion from petroleum.
