When most voters are idiots and think that SNL minic Palin is the real Palin. That Palin had Christina Aguilera deported because US mag. told them so, it makes any poll seem plausible, doesn’t?

I like Sarah Palin, but she has so much to overcome, not her fault, but what the MSM has sensationalized her with, from Bristol Palin to any comment she has ever made...

I would like to see a Bachman/Huckabee ticket....

I wasn't even going to reply to this thread, given how Gov Palin has been thrown under the bus on FR lately. But I have to speak, if for no other reason than to encourage my fellow Palin supporters.

I am just biding my time, waiting for her to announce. When she does, I will be all in: I will campaign for her like no other politician before. And I know people who have NEVER voted in their lives who will come out and vote for Sarah. It will be a game-changer, whether she wins or loses; it may even be a history-changer.

The media, the Communists, and the anti-Palin forces on FR will WAIL the day she announces. That sound will be music to my ears. I will replay each cacophonous comment over and over, and suck the sweet, sweet marrow of idiocy and irrelevance our of them all. Oh, yes, we will see the anti's driven before us, and we will savor the lamentation of their women.

“If Palin wants to win here, and she’ll have to to get the nomination..."

BS.

I would prefer Bachmann over Palin as well - I think she has a little more class. A little closer to Lady Thatcher in her demeanor.

Now Huckster? No way. I wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him. Pence/Bachmann ticket would be good.

she’ll struggle in the crucial early states

Time to retire NH and Iowa as crucial early states.

No reason at all for them to have any say whatsoever over other more conservative states.

Texas should go first, then Missouri, then Florida, then Idaho.

Screw the Northeast.

I’m with you man!

Pure poetry to see your words...I could not have said them better myself.

And there are millions who feel just like us.

She will win the nomination in a cakewalk and the White House in a landslide...and they know it and it scares the sh*t out of them.

Hence the daily ‘she can’t win’ articles.

Here’s a tip for the negative Nancie’s, only sheep fall for that BS. Don’t be a sheep.

"Thus, for independents she is toast.

Garbage. "I" am an independent, and I strongly favor Palin.

Palin and O’Donnel are not in he same league it is not the same situation at all. The reason why O’Donnel lost was because the RINOS in the GOP ganged up on her - I distinctively remember Karl Rove throwing a hissy fit and trashing her after she got the nod. I remember the GOP saying they weren’t goon to fund her election, they later withdrew that. The only way Sarah loses is if he GOP does not get behind her if she wins the nomination, and I don’t think that will happen because the vast majority of Repubs loves power over all else unless they want to be in the wilderness again for the next four years.

If you agree with her policies -- and don't support her -- you are allowing the Democrats and the media to select our candidate. Again.

You're falsely assuming she is the only one with conservative values that is going to be running for President.

Michele Bachmann and Herman Cain are just as conservative and, IMO, more electable. Same with Jim DeMint if he enters the race.

Bachmann, according to a focus group survey done by Frank Luntz, did better than Palin among Iowa voters.

What you mean, though, is that you don’t like her.

That simply isn't true.

You can't get it through your head that some of us prefer a conservative candidate that we believe is more electable.

Not going down Christine O’donnell path again.

Do you mean that path where "regular insider GOPers" didn't vote for or support O'Donnell because they didn't get Castle as their nominee? Sorry, but my days of supporting the nominee for the "good of the party" or for some kind of so-called "win" are over. Those moderate GOP assholes can go to hell. Those traitorous bastards can stay stuck with Obama. I'm voting for Sarah Palin come hell or high water.

Not true. Mike Castle, according to exit polls, would have lost the race as well.

"More electable" because the media told you so?

I've got no objection to Bachmann, Cain or DeMint. I would happily vote for them all if they win the nomination.

Still, it strikes me as foolish that a conservative voter would write-off a conservative candidate simply because the media says they are not "electable".

The media lies, y'know...

What is an “independent” and what SPECIFIC policies does it stand for?

It's what the poll numbers are saying that concerns me. Even Frank Luntz's polling shows stronger candidates than Palin.

If the reasoning is that Sarah is damaged goods because of the media/cultural onslaught, it also stands to reason that they will attack ANY replacement that pops up. At root this is a complete surrender by conservatives before the race even starts. I am done listening to ivy league experts from both parties.

See who the Left, the big media, Hollywood and RINOs attack the loudest.... THAT’s your candidate!

New Hampshire voters...something has to be done to stop them from having a HUGE voice in choosing the GOP nominee.
