So it can be dug up by a court without his approval.

Just because I'm not a so-called "birther" doesn't mean I'm one of these idiotic mindless Obama Drones.  Fact of the matter is, I have better things to do with my time than to obsess over someone else's birth certificate.  There are other ways of defeating Obama.  He's making it easier to defeat him, with his own agenda.

How sad it must be for you to have to defend him by throwing out insults rather than facts, I can see how angry that must make you.

Lots of things about Obama make me angry,like his blatant disregard for the Constitution and his disregard for the country and it's founding, Obamacare, TARP,  bank bailouts, slush funds for the unions, payoffs to political cronies.  His birth certificate is the least of my worries.

If he was a regular federal employee he would have to dig it up why should the president be exempt? If he wants his privacy he should not have run for President. We the people have a right to know if he is eligible.

Looks like 95% of the excellent, well-articulated comments to this article denounce the author's thesis that Abercrombie and Obama are pleased with the results of Abercrombie's recent circus in HI.

I just googled “Abercrombie ‘long form’” and got 262,000 results.

This means that thanks to Abercrombie, 262,000 links are up on Google all reinforcing to the voters that:

1. The COLB short form is not an original birth document.

2. Obama has not shown a contemporaneous 1961 HI long form or other contemporaneous vital record that confirms an HI birth.

3. Obama himself, by refusing to release his 1961 HI vital records, is solely responsible for lingering questions and not the so-called “birthers”.

This cannot be helping Obama.

Obama has admitted he does not qualify, by his actions. Doubt he will seek 2nd term if states proceed with eligibility laws. People know, without the records.

You must still think it is possible to dissuade us. Well, save your breath and your time and be on your way on this issue. It is way too late in the game to be rewriting the presidential eligibility requirements. All you are accomplishing at this late date is entrenching our determination to see this through to the end. Time has run out for the grand impostor and a lot of his die-hard supporters know it. Only thing is they do not know what to do with their choreographed empty suited creation. The primary presidential run is about to get underway in earnest and they have got to fish or cut bait as to whether to stick with this ticking time bomb or throw him under the bus. As for me, I want to see all of them twist in the wind a whole lot more.

The only mythical power the Clintons have is to stay out of jail. It might have something to do with all those missing FBI files or any number of things they found in eight years. If anything, there are MAD treaties in the demonrat party regarding the Clintons and deals are made.

Sorry if I seem confused here. What would be considered a "bigger issue"? The fact that people are being forced to consume health care? Or being forced to abide by laws passed using the pen of a usurping foreigner who has allegiance to another nation, most likely with Muslim leadership?

I don't know if you've been paying attention lately but the allegiance of the highest position in the United States Government overshadows every other Constitutional crisis. He has control over the military and the executive branch. He can damage this nation well above all other issues combined.

Some say that illegals are the largest issue. It's not because they are here illegally. It's that their allegiance is to other foreign countries as they have no intention of becoming sovereign citizens of the United States, just like the usurping man in the White House!

We already know. We do not need the courts to tell us the answer. We do not need anyone to prove to us he's usurping the office of the presidency. A piece of paper signed by the corrupt government of Hawaii is not necessary.

Instead of people asking if he's eligible, declare he isn't, not by his birth, but by his actions. Although I am new here, the responses I'm seeing here reveal a helpless and uninformed attitude of "maybe he is eligible, but we can't prove it ourselves". Citizens are not Natural Born until proven otherwise. They are not Natural Born until they prove they are. There are three qualities (if one can call them that) every usurper reveals about himself:

1. He never reveals proof about his Natural Born Citizenship, i.e. allegiance whatsoever
2. He shows preferential treatment to foreign nations above his own
3. He lies about his allegiance. He thrwarts every attempt at discovering who he really is

If anything, we as a nation should be demanding removal of Obama because he has failed to show he's a devoted civil servant and citizen, natural born or otherwise! He is an imposter, a spy, a seditionist. He's everything we think of as an enemy, and he's making it known regardless of who we are and what questions we ask.

He is an enemy of the United States, and as an enemy he should be dealt with accordingly, without the need for the courts to decide as to whether or not he's a "natural born citizen" and whether or not we have a right to know. Please repeat after me:

Mr. Obama, you are an enemy of the United States of America. Stand down from your usurping placement in office or prepare to suffer the consequences..

Make it known to your friends and family this man is an enemy. His actions prove he is an enemy. He wants us all to fall to foreign power. He has proven this to us. We need no paperwork.
