A bill like this will just revive what a judge just killed.

Obama has already granted waivers to Ohio & New Jersey. A few others, too.

Better yet, how about a bill to let individuals opt out?
Just let everyone who believes in socialized medicine form whatever sort of system amongst themselves that they want and leave the rest of us out of it.

He doesn’t need to do a darn thing, a judge just killed it. Tinkering with it now will only revive it.

How can you opt out of an unConstitutional law? It cannot exist for you to opt out of. This is an attempt to modify the law and argue it in light of the changes by stating that those who do not want to be subject to it can opt out. All that does is argue that the Nobility can enact whatever they like without regard to the Constitution as long as they allow the lesser Nobility to opt out of it.
Now, is this proposal going to add an assurance that a State can “opt in” then “opt out” later or is it just one democrat “opt in” away from permanent for every state all the time? This is stupid, illegal, and clearly contrary to the Constitution and whoever supports it has no regard whatsoever for the law. Regards

Graham is an idiot. Why do some citizens get punished with the mess and others, who happen to live in states without Chuck U Schumer, get a pass?

Graham has to be the biggest jackass on the republican side. This idiot bill gives legitimacy to Obamacare.
This man such an embarrassment to this country.

The bill just had it’s collective @$$ handed to it and team Obiongo too, and he wants to get out in front of the issue and be a deal maker? What are the people in South Carolina smoking to send this goober back?

Way to stand up like a he-man, Lindsey. Two judges have ruled this thuggish piece of garbage unconstitutional. It is a gross attack on our liberty. And you, you big John Wayne type hero, you’re going to ask that Hussein’s minions PERMIT certain states to pass!!! “Will you pleeeeeeze let fill-in-the-blank state and its grubby little, unworthy inhabitants actually run their own lives on this one Mr. President.” “Please, please, please! I PROMISE we’ll let you run roughshod over the rest of our rights from now on!!!” You are a friggin’ disgrace, Grahamnesty. A spineless, limp-wristed, faggot.
To: tobyhill
This idiot wants a bill to modify unconstitutional legislation! He is snatching defeat from victory.
To: Rytas
As bad as I may feel for you, Boxer, Feinstein and Pelosi trump your twaddling little Chucky boy.
CA would be force fed this crap sandwich under this inane proposal.
All one has to do is look at what happened here in ‘10. RATS won every position up for election.
The whole damn thing needs to be canned, just like the judge ruled.

Hey Linda, good news for you... the membership in your ping list is slowly shrinking. Fewer and fewer FReepers are interested in what a pathetic queer like you is doing.
