Did not the supreme court hear one of the eligibility cases on January 7???
I have read somewhere that they denied dismissal, and did not rule in Obama’s favor, but have not published their ruling.
Anyone have any more info on this???
It has been suggested that they are trying to figure out how to break this to the nation amidst the obvious national security issues it would present once published.
We don't know if that is his legal name. The man was legally Barry Soetero earlier in his life and we have no documentation on if or when or how he changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama. Who was it up there at the rostrum?
The Dems are so greedy for power that ‘ends justify the means’ comes into play on this one. In the same way that ballots are ‘found’ and dead people vote - often - his eligibility is just a trivial side show. The real point is that he has obtained power for them and nothing else matters. The layers of denial at every level of the Dem organization (The Party, the Press, the Educational Establishment etc.) are ingrained. He was elected President therefore nothing else matters. It is like arguing about color with a blind person or melody with the deaf: there is utterly no point of contact with the Democrat mind. This one may never be resolved.
For more than a decade prior to barry the bastard’s election the Democrap party has been trying to nullify the Constitutional provision regarding Natural Born status. They failed every time they brought it up and even the few times a Republican was involved, failed they did. So, with their lust to have the first almost black prersident they have brought forth an ‘end around’ candidate and ignored the Constitution for its inconvenience. And that is so like a liberal! If the law is inconvenient, if a small gestating human being is inconvenient, if a segment of the nation’s population (read the elderly or medically challenged) are inconvenient, well liberals (read democrats) just perform an ‘end around’. This may have started as an effort to set aside the Constitution because democrats wanted soemthing not allowed by same, but it will elad inexorably to the death panels of Obamacare. My only consolation is knowing Hell isn’t half full yet, so these democrat vermin have someplace to go. I wish them a rapid and near future journey.
I doubt he has convinced anybody. Some don't care; some never thought about it or never doubted him to begin with, just took it at face value; some have their doubts but are too intimidated to say anything; some figure it's a moot point, that the courts will never touch it for fear of setting off a constitutional crisis, so might as well accept it and move on.
I don't think he has even tried to convince anyone of anything regarding his birth, he appears to have refused publicly to acknowledge the issue.
