What I want to know is, if these Rabbis are so exorcised about Beck using Nazi imagery, where were they about 5 years ago when every left-wing kook referred to the then-President as "Bushitler", going so far as to put a little mustache on his picture just to punctuate their point???

These Rabbis are not alone. Many years ago, my hub had a one-on-one with the then Episcopal Bishop of Washington DC at the very opulent National Cathedral. He asked a simple yes/no question: Do you believe in God? No answer.
That bishop, in particular, was about a) power and b) the perks of worldly power in the then very rich Episcopal Church.
The bishop has since gone on to meet, or not meet, the Creator he may or may not have believed in. Now that had to be one interesting meeting.

Unlike those “rabbis,” he also lends credibility to a stereotype about Jews: to wit, he’s smart.
Not exactly a capo. He was only 14, but he was helping his Christian employer/stepfather loot the Jews’ few remaining belongings before they got onto the cattle car, so the capos wouldn’t be able to do it when they got off at Auschwitz. Collaborator, yes. Capo, no. And should he ever visit Israel, I’d be only too glad to see the government do unto him as they did unto Eichman.
