I think the bigger concern in Hawaii has to be their presidential ballot law. In 2012, any concerned citizen can object to the finding of Obama being eligible to be listed on the presidential ballot, forcing the elections clerk to hold a hearing to explain how Obama was found to be eligible. At this point, there is an established direct and tangible interest in obtaining either the original birth certificate or an official verification form from the DOH. Refusal would create legal standing to sue and be heard in court. Abercrombie probably wants to run a pre-emptive end around before this can happen.

No disclosure or FULL 100%, no limitation disclosure.
This ‘controlled leak’ business is nothing less than criminal.
It’s only criminal if you believe violating the HI laws, by Hawaiian elected and appointed oficials is criminal behavior ... which of course Democrats do not, since they believe as Democrats they are above the laws written for the peons they rule over.

Everyone who wants the Hawaiian Department of Health to give complete disclosure of 0’s birth records needs to go to Miss Tickly’s blog. She has been working on this a long time and at this post she gives COMPLETE details on why they HAVE to disclose his records to the public when requested according to the regulations that govern their office. She also has drafted a letter of request to them that can be used by you as is or adapted by you and sent under any name or alias you would like to use. This is an urgent time for action before Abercrombie et al can do any more messing around. Here is the link to her blog post:

I also posted this to this thread but I wanted to be sure that those who had already commented didn’t miss this information.
I don’t think there should be expectations that any elected i.e. state or federal or appointed i.e. judges will do any thing about this matter until enough people with numerical strength push it. You don’t even hear about the issue in tea party gatherings. My own House rep told me he believed the bc post on the net was satisfactory to him but he was willing to wait and see what develops. Haven’t heard a peep from him on any developments. Haven’t heard a peep out of him about Lakin’s railroaded case,or other questions raised. I’m waiting to hear if he says anything about the news that Obama’s bc cannot be found by the new governor of Hawaii. I have a gut feeling that piece by piece Obama’s house of cards is tumbling. Obama is a world enabled usurper and this adds to the difficulty in ferreting him out. We must keep chipping away by use of the web. Along with the final collapse we will have to face the damage to this Nation by Obama and his enablers.

During the 1960’s I personally witnessed several new Mommies coming in to ship their cars back to Hawaii (via Matson Lines http://www.Matson.com ) shortly after their giving birth elsewhere, inside or outside the Mainland United States.
These new Mommies were told by other Mommies present to just go to the Honolulu Officals and proclaim that thier newborns were born in Hawaii and a Birth Certificate showing so would be automatically produced.
It was THAT commonplace ..and well known about by many.. back then..!!!
This was during a 9-10 year window after Hawaiian Statehood when they could get away with it.
