Wow, it’s hard to keep up with all these Palin threads. We need a FreeRepublic Palin room.

Why?
My thoughts as well. Why go before a hostile reporter who isn’t interested in a real interview. Those types’ desires are to change the narrative, not to find out what Palin’s position is on any particular subject. Total waste of time.

Conservatives are always held to a higher standard, and after seeing it action for a while, I think it makes us better in the long run. YOU, Cyber Liberty, YOU back the double standard? Gimme a break. You need a refresher course in 'Conserve101'...

Because at some point a successful politician needs to preach to somebody besides the choir. It's a weak metaphor - FOXNews is more than 'the choir' - think "force to be reckoned with"...
Citizens who won't turn away from CNN even for an hour - are NEVER going to vote for any of us anyhow. Why should we risk damage for them? Independents will switch between networks and views... they're worthy of our time.
Stay on the path - marginalize all 'only liberal' networks and cable channels by refusing them the 'good' interviews. Save those for those willing to be fair to both sides.

Whatever. Let me know if she takes your resume to come run her campaign, you seem to be the smartest person in the room here.

First: Conservatives don’t believe a double standard in the MSM is good. They feel it’s bad.
Second: Conservatives don’t think the rightness or wrongness of a position is based on how many people believe it. That’s sooooo Al Gore. I have no desire to count the people on the thread or to ‘get in line with the current groupthink’. Too silly.
Third: Your response was snarky - Dowdish... You know Maureen?
