Will the Fed.gov claim soverign immunity here, like they did at the Waco Haulocaust? Or Ruby Ridge?

"Hilliard said that since the gunman was a U.S. federal agent firing from U.S. soil, and the bullet traveled into another country and killed a person, jurisdiction will also be a major issue in this case"Not so fast Hilly..
That kid was on the fence when he was allegedly shot by this "unnamed agent". That put's the victim on our side. If he retreated south after that, he could be charged with bullet theft.

Bill the family for the bullet.

“Wasnt this the kid that was a drug runner?”
Which drug running Mexican kid are you referring to? There are at least 100,000 of them.

If someone was throwing rocks at me I’d shoot them, too. A rock can be a lethal projectile. Just ask Goliath.

“Certainly it wasnt his ‘potential lifetime earning potential’ assessed as damages. In Mexico that would be more like $4.19.”
No, no. With inflation factored in, it would be more like $5.02.

So the gov’t settles for one cent on the dollar ($250k) and thinks it’s getting a bargain...which is what the Mexicans expect.

Question: What will $25 million do to bring their child back? Not much, once they find out about the $35 million tax on it.

I can see the feds going for an out of court settlement for $24,999,999.99. Its not their money. I can see a settlement for 25 Pesos.

But Bob Hilliard, attorney for the Mexican family... Bob Hilliard equals Ambulance Chaser and an embarrassment to the legal profession, if that's possible.

Love the Despair Demotivators. My boss made me remove my calendar a couple years ago. Human Resources Directors have no sense of humor.
