MK: "Why....{what} set him off?"

SD: "...vitriolic statements made night and day on radio and TV..."

MK: "Whether there is anything you have uncovered in your investigation, so far, that suggests that the suspected killer was listening to radio or watching television and in any way inspired by what he heard or saw?"

SD: "Well, I know that there has been some contact with Gabrielle Giffords {and Jared Loughner} in the past. We have... a letter from her dated in 2007 were... she had agreed & invited him to a similar event in 2007."

"When millions of dollars are filtered into this country to buy very vitriolic ads, and they don't have to be identified, the countries they are coming from or the people who are donating them, I think it's time that we take a look at it."

"We see one party trying to block the attempts of another party to make this a better country." ,p> MK: "There was talk that this JL having threaten threaten to kill somebody, not Gabrielle Giffords, you said, but somebody. Can you share with us any details on that threat?"

SD: "Well, Megan, if you were my lawyer, you would probably tell me not to answer that question, and I have been told by lawyers not to address that issue at the moment."

MK: "Was it in the distant past or recent?"

SD: "Fairly recent."

There are always checks and balances. Even though a sheriff is elected, he is still bound by county funding...great pressure can be put upon a sheriff through his salary which can be adjusted by county commissioners on his performance on the job which is also prescribed in state law that must be adhered to. The county commissioners can certainly sue for impeachment should the Sheriff not be adhering to state and constitutional law.

Here are some of Loughner's posts from another board (www.abovetopsecret.com). Each is a single post by Loughner in no particular time order save for the very last. The last one is an exchange between Loughner and another board member.

This other guy tells Loughner that he's a schizo and needs to get help before he hurts himself or others. That post was in July 2010.

So how does some random guy on the internet figure out Loughner's state of mind, and yet Pima County Sheriff Dupnik, or the Pima County Community College, who suspended Loughner UNTIL HE HAD A MENTAL EVAL DONE, do not take action to get this kid involuntarily committed for evaluation? The Sheriff's office had run-ins with him before. They knew he was a whack job. I don't think it takes a great stretch to see why Dupnik is out there blaming everyone except Pima County when it is they who have the most blood on their hands.

The majority of the population will buy main brands.

If you don’t buy from a main brand then be considered a cheap low class citizen.

This next one is a statement by another user, mordant1, to erad3, telling him to seek help. Then a response from erad3 (date is July 11, 2010):

(mordant1) I have maybe made a mistake is my assessment of your avatar, because for that to be the case, you'd have to be at least somewhat rational, but I think youre frankly schizophrenic, and no that's not an amateur opinion and not intended as an uninformed or insulting remark, you clearly make no sense and are unable to communicate. I really do care. Seek help before you hurt yourself or others or start taking your medications again, please. Maybe, it'd be better for some there be an infinite source of haldol or cogentin then fiat currency.

[edit on 11-7-2010 by mordant1]

reply by erad3 I can occasionally change the avatar into other stick figures for humor. I didn't say anything about an amateur opinion from anyone. I enjoy the concern because of the misspellings of words that occur.

There's trouble with misspelling of words in all posters. This is fine because of the Edit button. Don't stereotype the misspellings of words ! The inductive argument is frightening for scholarly research. Ill get to the location of the currency in the next post. Thank you for the concern.

She is a great interviewer to ferret out the facts versus opinions and speculation. So glad she is on television. She is a real reporter with a brain.

Love how she nailed him on playing politics as a law enforcement officer with the tragedy and further inflaming a public that is already upset over this incident. He’s doing what he accused the Tea Party of doing. Politics is a loud and active business if everyone is doing their jobs! If the Democrats can’t handle the heat of a democracy, they need to go to a Cuban kkkitchen.

Is anyone else noticing that no matter what office, or position, or vocation Democrats occupy nowadays, they are being revealed to completely evil, drooling, incompetent morons?

Just saw this POS A— H—— Sheriff interviewed by Geraldo on fox a few minutes ago, Sunday night. G.R. asked the Sheriff is he wanted to change or modify any of his previous statements blaming Palin for opening the door for causing these attacks, and he seems to be going on the offensive, even making more offensive statements against conservatives. He also came out and vocally aligned himself with the left wing in America and Obama. Time to make a political war against this walking piece of garbage.

I can’t believe he’s still going with this line “...vitriolic statements made night and day on radio and TV...” and dodges the question asked if there’s any evidence he listened to radio or tv.

Why do you need a lawyer Sheriff?

You’re the top cop in the county...unless you are a criminal yourself.

Dupnik has been flying below the radar screen for decades. What do you think he knows about drug smuggling, human trafficking and arms trafficking in Pima County over the past thirty years?

Since a Federal Judge was killed and a U.S. Congresswoman was injured in YOUR JURISDICTION, the entire case is now in Federal hands in Phoenix. You have no power to compromise this Federal Investigation. You’re entire Sheriff’s Department is going to be TOSSED...BIG TIME!!!

YOU, Sheriff Dupnik are guilty of criminal negligence in this matter. Judge Roll had received repeated death threats, yet YOU did nothing.

Why?

Don’t worry though...you’re minions and subordinates are already cutting deals with the Feds.

Goodbye Mr. Dupnik...Have a nice day.

Should Pima County Sheriff Clarence W. Dupnik be recalled?

This Sheriff is using this unspeakable tragedy to further his own political agenda. This is clearly a misuse of his office.

He is deliberately misleading the general public as to the cause and nature of yesterday’s attack and is, by his own words, furthering the climate of hatred, vitriol and violence by this obscene falsehood.

He is unworthy of his office.
Arizona Secretary of State

ARTICLE VIII. REMOVAL FROM OFFICE

PART 1. RECALL OF PUBLIC OFFICERS

§ 1. Officers subject to recall; petitioners
Section 1. Every public officer in the state
of Arizona, holding an elective office, either by
election or appointment, is subject to recall from
such office by the qualified electors of the
electoral district from which candidates are
elected to such office. Such electoral district may
include the whole state. Such number of said
electors as shall equal twenty-five per centum of
the number of votes cast at the last preceding
general election for all of the candidates for the
office held by such officer, may by petition, which
shall be known as a recall petition, demand his
recall.

§ 2. Recall petitions; contents; filing;
signatures; oath
Section 2. Every recall petition must
contain a general statement, in not more than
two hundred words, of the grounds of such
demand, and must be filed in the office in which
petitions for nominations to the office held by the
incumbent are required to be filed. The
signatures to such recall petition need not all be
on the one sheet of paper, but each signer must
add to his signature the date of his signing said
petition, and his place of residence, giving his
street and number, if any, should he reside in a
town or city. One of the signers of each sheet of
such petition, or the person circulating such
sheet, must make and subscribe an oath on said
sheet, that the signatures thereon are genuine.

The Chief should have been assigned better handlers, he’s coming off purely as a political hack, this never would have happened under the Clintons.

Worse, the FBI director couldn’t even look up when he pumped the narrative. It suggests the FBI director has some shame unlike the Chief, but follows orders none the less.
