The assertion that normal contrails aren't persistent was a repeated canard from the chemtrail cooks.

Depending on temperature and humidity, normal contrails can persist and spread out for hours.

Yep, it gets it's reputation as the Redneck Riviera by the Stars and Bars that are on sale at many of the beach shops.

I grew up in South Louisiana, we have no public beaches that are anything near to Florida's worst beaches. I had some guest from Germany when I was living in Louisiana that wanted to go to a beach. They had just swung by to visit me after going to San Francisco. I told them that the only way I would show them a beach was if they were willing to endure the 7 hour drive from Lafayette LA, to Destin/Fort Walton. The agreed. They all told me that it was the most beautiful beaches they had ever seen.

I proposed to my wife on the beach at Navarre...still happily married for over 20 years.
