If Nunez was torturing animals as a teenager, what was his father doing to him as a kid. Also, apparently, he non-fatally stabbed someone else, not the person who died.
The bold faced arrogance of our “servants” is breathtaking.
What more will it take for us to man the pitchforks?
He’s a Kennedy by marriage and the son of a Nazi, what did anyone expect?
Yup. The powerful and privileged always get special treatment. Red Arnold knew his commutation of the sentence of Nunez’s son was inexcusable. That’s why he had to do it in the dead of night. Its a low even for this failed governor.
He is now pimping for a job with the zero...I guess he sees that as an avenue to DC.
The Nunez the Younger is an animal.
He has a rap sheet that Daddy has kept sealed for years.
[Up until today, I respected Governor Schwarzenegger. I did not agree with many of his decisions, but felt that he was attempting to contribute to the public service and was at least better than Gray Davis. This pardon just destroyed any illusion I may have had about Schwarzenegger. This decision transcends politics and can only be characterized as pure corruption. I cant imagine what the family of Luis Santos must be going through today.]
About respect for Arnold...I have to say that I had more respect for him before he began to serve as the governor...
Past 7 years have changed my opinion of him...For worse...
Unfortunately, Arnold will escape negative consequences for most part...He said that he would not run for another elective office...He said that he wants to join some think tank to promote “alternative energy”. Who knows? It is a wishful thinking on my part...That think tank would cut ties with Arnold because of Nunez controversy...I wish that Santos family would continue to speak out against Arnold...
