There are two commentaries on the Constitution, The Federalist Papers and The Anti-Federalist Papers. Anything you don’t understand about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights can be answered there.
Too bad these idiots are only semi-literate.

"The Constitution and Bill of Rights were written so that less learned people of the time could understand them."
I would go as far to say that the less learned people of that time were ten times smarter than any libtard nowadays...

As stated in a great line from the movie Zoolander, “I feel like I’m taking crazy pills!”
Is this guy kidding? The constitution is the most straight-forward, simple legal document ever written.
Especially when you compare it to the laws that get passed these days. So can we ignore (or interpret as we wish) all those terrible laws as well, since they’re too hard read and understand? I say we start with Obamacare.

Yesterday in the waiting room of a doctor’s office, a woman was giving her little kid some sort of blue drink. Yuk; but Michelle feeds her kids shaved ice that’s probably just food coloring, sugar, shaved ice, and water. Pot meet kettle.

Let’s ignore the constitution, drag Ezra out from behind his desk and into the street and....
I bet the commie Ezra would be screaming for his constitutional rights.

Written more than 200 years ago, when America had 13 states and very different problems, it rarely speaks directly to the questions we ask it." Perhaps Mr Klien is too fu*king STUPID to understand the constitution.

And I’ll bet you a nickel that he wants Constitutional rights for enemy combatants.

The Constitution speaks very well to the questions, Ezra. You just dont like the answers! Maybe Ezra isn't intelligent enough to understand the answers.

It’ll be interesting when the Obamination leaves office and their dietitian reveals all.

Question #2, can we toss out the parts we don't like by judicial decree instead of changes by approved majority of the legisture and states? Question #3, Can we just get our little trolls in the regulatory agencies to destroy the Constitution via regulatory degrees?
Question #4. Can a Marxist president do it via Executive Order?

WTF????? The U.S. Constitution is one of the clearest and most concise documents you'll ever read. The only reason an article like this can even be written, is because far too many people have never sat down and actually read the Constitution, much less studied it.

What part of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights dont these people understand or comprehend? The language is beautiful and the ideas very clear.
That's the problem. It's written in English, not liberish.
To: clearcarbon
Too true. The same Liberal idiots who laugh when we ask if separation of church and state is in the first amendment.
