Well, that worst technology has managed to launch a man in space and sent a drone to Venus. They built boomers capable to fire 200 warheads and still building perfect aircraft.
Boeing has it’s Moscow design center there it has done tonns of R&D for a latest Dreamliner. Titanium parts for Dreamliner are made in Russia too by that same company building equipment for Russian military.
They have problems sure, but that are not fatal.
Their military technology so outdated they have to go to China and the West to revitalize it.85 percent of the army technologies are still stuck in the old analog system.
