I awoke one day and America had disappeared. A Bizarro America has appeared in it's place, where Socialist ideology and Communist principles are actively voiced not only within urban communities, but by the majority of the U.S. Congress and the President himself. Bad legislation has been foisted upon an unsuspecting populace forced to submit and comply. Up is down, bad is good. First Amendment threatened by FCC, Fourth Amendment trashed by DHS. Christianity is being attacked in a majority Christian country. Radical Islamists attacked America and western values, yet 'We the People' are now engaged as the psychological enemy combatants concurrent with endless wars in Islamic countries? Gay marriage, although once considered an oxymoron, has been voted down, yet thrives through judicial fiat. Homosexuality is open for business in the military even though we tell them NO? Every aspect of long-held American values and morals are being confronted and torn down. Did we do this? Did Americans do this to ourselves while in some hypnotic trance determined to commit national suicide? Who are these 'people's representatives' who do not listen to their constituents?

Everyone hated Bush for his policies, but what have we gained through his absence? Did we somehow correct his misdeeds? ... or have we have doubled down on many of the lost freedoms and liberties? We are well on our way to becoming a Police State, if we have not already arrived. Take from your neighbor because he has been successful and you have not; he has much to be thankful for and you have little. A large percentage of my earnings are taxed to support million dollar and billion dollar corporations that are too big to fail, yet if I make a million dollars they want to tax me because I am too wealthy? Welcome to bizarro America, where the former inhabitants have been transformed into socialist-inspired zombies.

Congress has bankrupted our country morally and financially. America is gone folks, but thanks for the memories.

The League for Industrial Democracy (LID) conferred its 1963 award for distinguished service upon the aged Upton Sinclair, last surviving member of the group that issued the original call to the Industrial Socialists Society (ISS) in 1905. With his usual happy faculty for letting the radical cat out of the bag, it was Upton Sinclair who on another occasion revealed the tried-and-true route by which Fabian Socialism must travel to power in the United States. Experience had already shown, said he, that it would be done via the two-party system, rather than through any third party. "So I know," announced Sinclair, "that it will be the Democratic Party and not the Socialist Party which will bring this great change to America. Communist Party: We Use Democrat Party as Front

RUSH: Now, I have a story today: "Communist Party USA Reveals: We're Using the Democrat Party." I thought they were the Democrat Party. That's why this news is kind of interesting to me. This is the Yahoo! Contributor Network. "Not too awful long ago I wrote about the Communist Party USA and their support for many of the identical principles endorsed by the Democrat Party here in the US. I listed the various similarities but now I have some even more honest words from the Communists themselves. Joe Sims, co-editor of the Communist Party USA online magazine Peoples World states among other things 'the possibility that the communists may be able to "capture" the Democratic Party entirely.' As I say, that means they're close. I thought they already had. I thought they were the Democrat Party. I thought they were interchangeable. Now, "Read that slowly and carefully...'the possibility that the communists may be able to "capture" the Democratic Party entirely.' Joe Sims is a proud little Commie. He goes on to brag that among other things, "heightened class and democratic struggle ... all have combined to produce an unprecedented situation - and opportunity. They are seeking to destroy this nation and they are using Democrats to wage class warfare, pitting imaginary groups of haves against equally imaginary underclasses," and so forth and so on. So there it is. This is not news to you. We've been reading to you from the Communist Party Peoples World magazine when it fits over the past couple of years. But now they're coming right out and saying so: "We're using the Democrat Party." It's not taking too much effort, by the way, and they're not having to fool the Democrats in order to use them.

By the way, anybody out there offended by me saying that the Communist Party USA and the Democrat National Committee are identical, just ask 'em to name one significant issue where they differ. Just one. In fact, they don't even differ on insignificant issues. Their platform is identical. The Communist Party USA platform is identical to the Democrat National Committee platform for 2008, virtually identical. So if you're out there being offended by it, don't waste your time getting mad to me. It happens to be true.
