Driving without a license, no insurance, very common for illegals to drink and drive & flee.Any time someone with no legal right to drive does put us all in danger.Otherwise we would not need licenses.Just you be hit by an illegal and see how much help you get.
I think illegals should use only public transportation, something the NY Times love to push.
I see nothing wrong with deporting people who are found to be here illegally.
NYT: FYS
Stop kissing up to ILLEGALS!!!
>> RE:These are not horrific drivers, Ms. Kosky said. These are not D.U.I.s. These are not people who are putting people in danger.
They are CRIMINALS, Ms. Kosky, you dumb beyotch.
They should be fingerprinted, DNA sampled, microchipped in a dozen places, and then deported. Preferably that very same hour.
If they are ever found in the US again, ten years at hard labor building border walls.
Third time, executed.

What are you serious ?
I must say, seeing The Times use the term “illegal alien” represents a sea change, in sentiment. Can there be hope & change ? Not holding my breath, here, but sometimes, progress is measured in inches.....
Way back in 1985, when I worked all year at a fast food restaurant to buy my first car, it was totaled less than 2 months later. An illegal alien ran a stop light at a major intersection, swerved to miss on coming traffic, jumped a curb, across the sidewalk, went through the del taco sign, and some bushes until he finally plowed into the car I worked long and hard for.
He had no license, nor insurance, the police did nothing, just let him go. Oh, he did say “Really sorry ‘bout ‘jo car mang”.
NYT,
boo phucking hoo!
DEPORT!
I love these lines : Hispanic leaders said immigrants are learning to avoid the police.Attendance at Catholic churches dropped when police set up traffic checkpoints nearby..
Who cares how long she has lived in the US? If she is illegal; she is illegal. Send her home.
Awwww poor Ms. Valencia....
Ok. Since she can’t drive out of the country, I’ll help pay for the bus ticket.
The dream act is the reason for all these sob stories. I for one am out of tears.
I believe that there needs to be a federal law that makes any felony committed by an illegal a federal crime with stringent punishment and no parole. States would be free to enact similar statutes with even more stringent punishments. If illegals knew that if they so much as spit on the sidewalk thy would be severely punished and then deported, they might think twice about coming here.
Now we're talkin'!
Notice how the NYTimes cherry picks an accident where an American driver collided with an illegal. More often than not, it is the illegal who is causing the accident, very often a tragic accident involving death of others . By their very nature, the illegal is a law breaker and law breaking does not stop with not having a driver's license, it often includes driving while drunk, speeding, etc. Why would they obey any law, after all.
I miss Georgia.
*Sigh*
to discover the truth about the illegal drivers, the nyts
should look at car insurance actuarial numbers.
the costs to american drivers is in the billions and the illegals
bear no responsibility. most flee the scene and are never
caught. that is what happened to me, and although insurance
covered most damage i was out several hundred dollars through
no fault of my own. police were totally disinterested.
the illegals are horrible drivers and have wreaked death
and destruction on thousands of american families. the
nyts simply pretends this isn’t true.
Illegal immigrants are totally harmless and just here to work. Yeah, right.

He was just here to work.LA JOYA - A tip led La Joya police on a 30 mile chase that ended with the seizure of more than 400 pounds of pot and the arrest of one man, said Police Chief Jose Del Angel.
The chase began when officers were given the heads-up about a truck that was reported stolen out of San Juan, Del Angel said. When police tried to pull the driver of the truck over, he began heading north and didnt stop for about 30 miles, he said.
The chase ended when the driver finally pulled over and began running, the police chief said. A U.S. Border Patrol helicopter, which was called in to assist, was able to track and apprehend the suspect before he was able to get away. Police later identified him as 24-year-old Arturo Alaniz from Michoacán, Mexico. He was carrying more than 400 pounds of marijuana in the truck, police said.
Alaniz, a Mexican national who has been deported several times, was charged with possession of marijuana and evading arrest, Del Angel said. The bond for evading arrest was set at $50,000, while the bond for procession was set at $1 million.http://www.themonitor.com/news/police-45264-joya-chase.html
Here is another harmless driver.December 08, 2010 9:37 PM
The Monitor
Police arrested the driver of a truck involved in a fatal motorcycle accident Tuesday after he failed to properly identify himself.
Omar Ulices Hernandez Rivera, 34, was involved in an accident near 17th Street and Hackberry Avenue shortly after noon Tuesday that resulted in the death of 16-year-old Carlos Ramon of Mission. Police believe Ramon may have run a stop sign, but are still investigating the accident, they said.
Rivera, who has been previously deported, is wanted by immigration officials, police said. He was charged with failure to identify, a class B misdemeanor, and bond was set at $2,000, police said.

I was thinkin’...
Since illegal aliens living here are breaking the law...committing a crime, would any death caused by them (ie, drunk driving, etc.) be considered a death in the commission of a crime?
