And all along, I thought Sarah has been telling us this isn’t a “reality” show.

next time shes think twice before signing on to something that requires real life guts...not fairyland tv Maybe looking good by comparison is reason enough to have this type of person on the show. After all Governor Palin is now rich, so she must be a genius.

The first time you camping, even in the back yard as a 9 or 10 year old kid, is very instructive, since your'e no longer warm and dry the way you are indoors. For Kate and her 8, all of whom probably knew nothing about camping and guns, it must have been quite a shock.

At one point, Kate is tearful as she complains: ‘I’m chilled to the bone.’
Sitting in the damp camp ground, the Kate Plus Eight star then moans: ‘I’m hungry.’
In another scene, she jumps and pulls a face as she watches 46 year-old Sarah shooting a rifle
Sounds like my wife the first and ONLY time I took her hunting with me.

Why would Sarah be in any proximity to a delusional nut who obviously suffers from Crazuhbitchitis?

I don’t know any about Gosslien’s situation or how she came to be involved with Palin, but 8 kids is just stupid in my book.

I don’t agree... I have about that number... and it seems that they didn’t make me any braver or less brave than women who do not. ..
In today’s world - it’s a “aren’t I special” thing to do.....look at all the publicity the celebrites get for adopting/having liters.... makes me sick when I think of the damaged little ones having to grow up in that fairyland
raising a lot of children in REAL LIFE is 24/7/360 but, I have to say worth every minute, mainly because of the trials and tribulations a family like that goes through... helping one another, crying with one another.. suffering with one another - this stuff is what families are and what bonds them..... that is REAL LIFE... not the TV life where nannies are the moms and the dads come through swinging doors.

Sarah is frolicking in Alaska making money on a reality shows while Jim DeMint is in DC smacking liberal heads. Yeah I know who I want to be my next president.

From what I've seen of the old John and Kate Plus Eight show, whining is par for the Kate course.

Just damn.
Wife & I spent 5 weeks in Alaska this summer, and got to see some great spots.
When the series “Sarah Palin’s Alaska” was announced, we anticipated a visual treat of seldom visited parts of Alaska being visited by Palin, sometimes with her family.
Wrongo...it’s no more than Kate and Eight with a mountain in the background...sometimes.
Terribly dissappointing.
Proper title is “Alaska’s Sarah Palin”.
