I wonder if their future Christmas party guests will be “reciting traditional prayers” (Christian ones) or reading the nativity gospel and standing around statues of Mary, Joseph, and Baby Jesus. I highly doubt it. These people are not only intolerant of Christianity, they are hostile toward it. How a Christian nation elected them baffles me.

We're missing Obama's subtle diplomacy.
Hannukah celebrates the re-dedication of the Temple after it was desecrated by the Syrians (Seleucids). He's sending a signal to Assad. Very subtle--we're just too dense to pick up on it.
Just like in the Garden of Eden--the serpent was the most subtle of all the animals.

He lights all the candles at once? What's the rationale?
I'm still waiting for the Easter message. /s
