NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Maybe Jeb could run with Arlen Specter as his VP?
Using the terms ‘Hispanic’ and ‘illegal immigrant’ as if they were equivalent is a good way to anger a lot of constituents.
If we don’t support amnesty, chain migration, open borders and unlimited special benefits for Latino’s, we’ll lose their votes.
Hasn’t the Bush family done enough? I know Obama can make anyone look good but there is nothing that would ever make me support another Bush again. Or, in this case, nada.
M-A-R-C-O
Does little Jebbies wife have a mexican passport or not??????
I don’t know exactly what their stand on immigration reform is. I hear the term a lot but don’t agree with most of the ideas for reform out there. I have nothing against the Bush family and would like to hear some on this if he actually plans to run.
STAY OUT DA BUSHES!!!!
If Jeb Bush and friends support amnesty, they will definitely lose my vote, along with the vote of every other conservative who feels strongly about this issue.
Let’s see if they are capable of doing the math. Norm Coleman - a loser - lost to Al Franken in Minnesota by how many votes? How did John McCain lose Indiana, North Carolina, and Virginia? How did Obama outperform Kerry in almost every Red State?
How many votes did it take for W. to win Florida in 2000? I’m confident the math will show that for every vote Republicans can win by pandering to illegal aliens (see 2006 and 2008) they will lose hundreds if not thousands more for giving their base no reason to vote for them.
Spare me the "Jeb Is The Best Bush" posts--maybe he would have been, but we didn't get him. We got his lukewarm father and his "Compassionate Conservative" brother, along with a raft of troubles because of it.
Bush I and Bush II were better than Dukakis, Gore or Kerry, for sure, but let's aim higher and try to get real conservatives next time, no? This family dynasty business is so ill-fitting for America.
So let the Bushes spend time clearing brush in Texas, or slamming Sarah Palin--which seems to be what they're most interested in doing lately.
Meanwhile, we should be working on protecting our borders and enforcing the law--not "outreaching" to Hispanics by selling out conservative principles.
This Floridian thinks that Jeb has had his day in the sun, and it is time for him to retire from public life. He, along with the rest of his clan are, going forward, part of the problem.
That said, I do not believe that he will retire from public life. More’s the pity, because I also believe that he would have made a far better POTUS than did his brother. But his time has come and gone.
If Jeb is the best answer that the GOP has to offer in the ‘12 election (or, for that matter, any of the other failed retreads, whose names are all too familiar) I swear I will sit the next election out, and my checkbook will be closed.
But we have a permanent Republican majority nationwide on account of the Reagan-era amnesty, don’t we?
So now Barbara Bush’s slam of Palin is understandable.
Momma and Pappa Bush want another son in the White House.
No Bushes. No George Pedro - his kid.
Here we go. I knew it. They want to continue the Bush Clinton Bush Obama NWO scam. I am outta here if they try to pull this crapola.
‘tis a 4-letter word.
Whose VP does Rove want Jeb to be?
“This Floridian thinks that Jeb has had his day in the sun,”
This Floridian thinks Charlie Crist has had his (many)
day(s) on the sun tanning bed.
