In this case, O'Donnell is actually saying that she likes Hillary Clinton. Yes, she still wants a republican to win, but she has always liked Hillary Clinton.

This isn't some tricky "operation chaos" thing. It's not an "I love democrats" thing. She thinks Hillary Clinton would be a better president than Barack Obama. It's not a "pro-Palin" or "anti-Palin" statement.
On the republican side, O'Donnell doesn't seem too picky:
“I love everybody in the Republican side who's even considering throwing their hat in the ring, so I'd be happy with any candidate who gets the Republican nomination," she said. That includes Sarah Palin, who she says “shoots from the hip."
I don't really think "shoot from the hip" accurately describes Palin; it's certainly not a favorable thing to say about a candidate for President. Palin seems more of a "take aim and shoot" person.
But I don't think O'Donnell meant anything bad by it, I think she just didn't know exactly what "shoot from the hip" means.
I made a donation to O’Donnell during the campaign, and after then, of course, comes the daily requests for more. I made the comment that she should get off the national TV stunt and get down to door-to-door campaigning if she was serious about winning. I never got an answer to that, so I made the comment again. Still nada. I will not give another dime now. If I am contacted again b/c she decides to make another run, she’ll get my 2 cent opinion once more and nothing else. How disappointing!
There is a nutter in every family. Maybe O’Donnell doesn’t realize Hillary is a Dem. Or maybe its that witch thing.
