Dollar got a ~1.65 index bounce up after the Korean flareup, but dropping right now ~0.20. We will see if the downward movement gains momentum.

Dollar reversed and getting another bounce. Now back to yesterdays high. Perhaps news broke too late for Asians to do much about it. Now Europeans got control. Everyone at Wall Street DC still sleeping.
