“against unreasonable searches”

OK. Everyone knows that the current policy is political theater to make sure no one can claim “discrimination” against Muslims.

Up until now it has been a pathetic annoyance.

But, now we have to admit:

An agent of the Federal Government examining between your legs and putting his hand up your groan to make sure you are not a terrorist — when there is NO OTHER EVIDENCE making you suspicious — is a direct violation of the Fourth.

I say: time for a class action suit against, with Captain Zero's name at the top.

When U.S soldiers with nail clippers and flight attendants who’ve survived breast cancer are treated as potential terrorists, you know the TSA is “acting stupidly.”

How do we know that these TSA guys aren’t terrorists. Shouldn’t they get strip searched before entering an airport?

I heard them on the radio.

“We have to do anything and everything to ensure the safety of the public no matter how distasteful it is” TSA Administrator

I about ran off the road.

I ,for one, believe this whole thing is a CYA response to intelligence reports of an increased threat environment. Why else would they start this enhanced security just days before the busiest travel season of the year? They say it is in response to the Xmas day bomber, but if that were true, why did they wait almost a year? I am convinced they have learned of a new threat and are afraid to panic the public. The only other plausible explanation would be revenge for the election debacle they suffered. Take your pick.
