UPDATE
THe USAF just finished a presser at the base
As feared, the ACES II was in the A/C - they are looking for what they can now find of the pilot.
PLease pray for the family - he had a wife and 2 children, who live in nearby Eagle River....

Ya, lots of folks here are bumbed - was some hope held out that he could have punched - but no ELT/ground comms kinda said otherwise.
Might want to add the poor folks doing the A/C recovery - cold, wet and dark out there.....
