The article is written from the prespective that the end of the election is the counting of the remaining write-in ballots.
The absentee ballots have NOT been counted and won’t be until tomorrow or Friday.
Miller will win these votes, and the election as a result.
Then this Cow can be udderly discarded once and for all.
