By this ruling the normal paying students have been had. These regular student are paying for the illegals in higher fees to cover cost. How is that hope and change working for u.

If the government can't enforce all the laws for all the people then that government is corrupt. How much longer will this country last if it continues to let millions of uneducated, non English speaking people across its border? All three branches of government have now conclusively demonstrated they consist largely of anti-American socialists, communists, and New World Order traitors. Too many of them have violated their oath of office and ignored the U.S. Constitution. As for the Judicial Branch, judges have now become nothing more than an elite class of politician wearing black robes. If all of this doesn’t start getting cleaned up real soon, then it needs to be cleaned up by whatever means may be required.
