Maybe not a waste, there are some good one-liners in there. “Waste” was too strong a word, I guess.
On the insurace thing, I don’t see where it matters whether the kid is paying for an insurance policy or the parent is? Having my girl on my workplace insurance is no different than if she was working somewhere and getting the coverage through her company. Someone is paying, so what is the diff? I don’t get the outrage.
My oldest daughter has done well and has the “good work ethic” but the younger one is struggling at 21 yo. There aren’t a lot of jobs for 21 year olds that pay much or have insurance coverage in Florida. She is in school and works at a smoothie shop. She has about 3K in medical costs (for very minor stuff) the last few months and can’t pay it—and I’m not paying. Let OweBama pay for it.
But enought about **me**. I was looking forward to a column by AC about OweBama in Indonesia and taking the entire U.S. naval fleet with him, or Pelosi’s parties and declaration that she’ll run for minority speaker. It’s just me i guess.
PING!
“Not old enough to buy your own health insurance, not old enough to vote.”
She’s right.
