State bans 'blackout in a can' caffeinated alcohol drinks

This makes perfect sense. The same way that rich people earn more money than poor people and the richest 1% of America owns half the wealth. Don’t tell the Democrats, though, they’ll start taking away drunks’ booze and giving it away to those too lazy to drink.
