How about an ATP and/or a type rating? Most of the prop heads I know running around with a Comm-multi are flight instructors trying to get a seat at the show.

Happens all the time, be my guest. I make mistakes, pass on claims that later turn out to be wrong in some way, and correct myself. I change my mind and always try to remain skeptical. Singing with the choir gets a little stale.

I know that several are ATP/Mil, my membership is an associate non-thread starter, reply only, as I am not Comm-multi either. It's restricted to Active Duty Mil and Airline Flight Crew.

I rarely log in, just for background on accidents and weird issues like this one.

Where are the satellite photos of the area for that time frame???

Time for some digging on that. There would be any number of satellites monitoring the LA area, weather, etc.
