Thank you. For a long time I stayed off all grains, as I thought they were the problem. But it seems that rice and oats etc are not a problem. Just wheat. I don’t know what is in just wheat but not any other grains.

So does this mean I can now eat a double bacon cheeseburger in good conscience?

Only if you eat it without the bun and it should be as raw as you can stand it.

no bread, no grains, no fruit, no sugar.

Bread is ok, just don't mix with meat.
Grains are fine as long as they are not "enriched" - particularly whole grains like Oats, Semolina, or Quinoa.
Eat as much fruit as you can get. It isn't often we eat anything raw and fruit is a great way to get raw food with lots of good enzymes.
No REFINED sugar is a finer point. Honey, Agave, Black Strap Molasses, etc are good for you. Pure cane squeezin's are heavenly.

Sorry I’m so late reponding, I haven’t been on my puter for a couple of months. However I have started taking a full spectrum vitimin supplement and I feel much better AND I have lost 5 pounds. YEESSSSS.
I have never added salt to food. If I feel the need to add for taste I use garlic powder. I find it just as good and gives a good boast to food.

If you aren’t adding salt to your food, you may not be getting enough iodine in your diet. Most salt is iodized to prevent goiters in people who don’t eat enough sea food.

The taste of the food was not my point, but the nutritional value of the iodine in iodized salt.

If your full-spectrum vitamin contains iodine, you’re okay.
