No, but you don’t have to live in Alaska to view Miller’s campaign with clarity.
But you do have to be there to know about those people and their elections....... I pay close attention to the people on this board who do live there and my neighbors who live there most of the year and here the rest of the time.
Fair enough.
I think polls are fairly credible, though. I hope he wins. But I don’t see it.
The poll referenced in this thread is a union poll and didn’t even poll likely voters, not trustworthy in the least. As to the other polls, they still show Miller slightly in the lead, but even Rass told Bill O’Reilly this week you just can’t poll Alaska, impossible to get anything reliable. Remember Murkowski was ahead 15 points in polling the day of the primary and she lost to Miller.
Yes, they have to ask for the list, as I understand it.
I would assume very nearly all of it would. In an ordinary election, write-ins get very little.
The only argument I can see to the contrary is someone conflating “none of the above” with “write-in candidate.”
I am not saying the poll is genuine.
Because there’s no evidence for it.
Was that prediction by krauthammer recent or during the primary? Krauthammer is a former walter mondale speechwriter.
No, it's the Muskootzie family.
No, it's the Mercowskee family.
No, it's the Murrkowtski family.
Yes, it's that write-in candidate! ;-)
All the polls, media, newspaper predicted the same; and yet I was here scratching my head wondering where are all these Murkowski supporters hiding out. You could feel the Miller win all over Alaska.
We live in the interior, very conservative place, no organized local government to make regulations & enact taxes; so maybe I'm biased, but I even know Indians who are registered dems who are voting for Miller. The Village Indians even got Obama figured out.
I guess there's some awesome power in the Media's ability to tell lies and convince the voters; just ain't right.
Shouldn’t, though. There is a Lisa M. Lackey in the race.
