Anyone suspecting machines are that appear in or from out of the ordinary places should report it. Make sure the military vote; early voting and absentee voting are counted in a timely fashion.

We must demand valid ID and US citizenship to vote.

Arizona Put both into the state Law with Prop 200 and the 9th Circuit (Circus) Court just overturned the last part, proof of US Citizenship. Impeach the entire 9th Circus.

Wow, this is pretty tame. Make me miss Karl Rove, back in the day when he and BushHitler used to send us around to polling places to act scary and drive minorities screaming from the polling places.

Like these guys. Man, we scared the crap out of 'em, in our chinos and polo shirts...

States, via their secretaries of state, operate and oversee the nuts and bolts of all their elections, even though candidates for federal offices are on the ballot. You'll notice that the Dems seem most emboldened to cheat in those states where the secretaries of state and their attorneys general are members of their party (e.g., Nevada and Arizona at present), because they can feel confident they will be no legal retribution.

Moral of the story: Elect Republican secretaries of state and Republican state attorneys general all over the country to minimize the fraud and cheating!!!

Impeach the entire Ninth Circus.

No, that would be going a bit too far. Judge Alex Kozinski is a Reagan appointee who was the dissenter on the Arizona proof of citizenship case. No reason to impeach Judge Kozinski.

Good article by a good man, J. Christian Adams. Mr. Adams was the former Justice Department Voting Rights attorney who testified about the Obama-Holder (In)Justice Dept.’s willful failure to prosecute the New Black Panthers in the Philadelphia voter intimidation case from the 2008 election.

The most dangerous is when the dim Clerk prints out extra Access Codes for the ESlate machine. He hands up to 20 codes to his activist buddy when he comes through the line. By voting straight ticket, said activist can probably vote 20 times in a few minutes in the privacy of the booth.

end clip

During training for election judges in our neck of the woods such was pointed out by the offical training that just such could occur! However, this is why pollwatchers should be ever vigilant while on duty inside the polling place. You’ve noted eSlates are the voting systems used in the scenario of note. I assume the district does not also use the Hart Intercivic paper ballot/scanner system called eScan. With the eScan there is no ‘access code’ as the ballot is paper. (there could be tampering there as well) However, both systems (electronic machines) enable for tracking the public counter of ballots cast on whichever machine is used to ‘tally’ the ballots. On the eSlate’s Judges Control Booth there is a public counter and any pollwatcher has access to the information on it during duty. That should periodically be compared to the precinct pollbook of voters who ‘signed in’ to gain access to the polling place. There are times when people are given these access codes and they may take too long to vote or leave the polls. The voting session expires and the JBC will also show how many expired access codes for comparison etc. I agree we need more pollwatchers. We also need such watchers at the central election bureau after the polls close because the central scanners are then used to tally the ballots from the JBC’s ‘memory card.’

I am not an advocate of the all paper/counted by hand paper ballots, though I do support the paper ballot/scanners.

We can no longer trust officials to count anything out of sight of the public, if we ever could.

We don’t know ever if our vote was ‘tallied’ or counted as we voted as we do not ever see that our candidate’s vote tallied increased by one the instant we cast our ballot. No more hand raising and counting as that of course violates the requirement that all be able to cast a vote in private.
