I have been inside.
There are reasons they zone areas for bars and strip clubs and other areas for restaurants and shops.
Hooters is not in reference to an owl, and it belongs more with the former, and should be zoned as such.
Watch the South Park episode “Raisins”. Have a good laugh like I did.
Have a second laugh at the expense of anyone there who doesn't see it and know what is going on.

I had a lovely young friend in college who was a Chippendales’ performer for a while. Good money for an attractive man who likes men.
He got an accounting degree and is still with his “long-time companion,” last I heard.

Underage Airman in Florida panhandle, used to be a bar that had strippers until 10 for men on one side and women on the other; then cut them loose on eachother. Trashy! Fun! Good to be young! Dumb! And you know the rest! ;)
