There's nothing hypocritical at all about playing the game by the new rules; the hypocrite is the one who changes the rules to benefit himself, and then complains when others play by them, too. Dems do the latter all the time.

It's like someone taking Social Security although he opposes it in principle. If you don't take what your taxes have already paid for, you are placing yourself at a disadvantage, and may be a fool. This is just another liberal smokescreen.

This is a hit piece by a left-wing organization about written requests for funding by the congresswoman, none of which were approved, and all of which would have added up to a drop of rain in the ocean compared with the Federal budget.
