Your right it doesn’t and come on now how many cases do they see in the United States where this is used? I can only recall ever even hearing about it in a few severe domestic abuse cases.

About those Muslim men though it blows my mind how liberal women support that ideology knowing full how women are treated by that culture not to mention little girls like those forced into arranged marriages.

Used to be people had respect for each other. You didn’t need laws when you had respect in your marriage.

If a guy ain’t in the mood you can’t make him, if a woman ain’t in the mood, you shouldn’t force it.

Of course in the Sharia world, woman are just objects.

In some cultures (Amish?), murdering your wife is also part of marriage. I assume that means spousal murder and honor killings should not be prosecuted either.

Just to play devil’s advocate, and not in any way defending sharia (which I find incompatible with the constitution) should a husband have to pay alimony to a wife that completely abstains from sexual activity post marriage?

To be honest, I tell every single young man I know to “Don’t get a girl pregnant, and DON’T EVER GET MARRIED.” The laws are against you in every way as a man.

I’m currently happily married to my wife of 12 years.

They have already castrated any wimp that would ever date them anyway.

Joy & Whoppi needn’t worry.

Just don't say anything bad about Muslims or they will run away like raped apes.

I wonder how liberal girls will view their beloved Islam when they can be raped.

Even a wife has the right to say “No” to her husband. No means no.

For how long? Forever? So once the marriage certificate is signed she can cut off sex forever? Then she can "no fault" divorce and get 50%? Why would a man give a fart about getting married nowadays?

Works. Wouldn’t want an unwilling wife.

That said, does that mean I can say no to making her car payment?

Only if you want to make marital sex, a financial arrangement.

In the U.S. it’s not rape ... if you don’t wake her up.

Once again, for those who slept through history and/or comparative religion: ISLAM DELENDA EST - because Islam is antithetical to, and irreconcilable with, America.

Accordingly, in an ugly divorce with an unscrupulous, perjuring spouse, the charge now is more often sexual abuse of a child of the marriage, if there is one. The evidentiary standards are more relaxed.

IMHO, “more relaxed” is hardly accurate - “The evidentiary standards are virtually non-existent” is more accurate.

And if I beat an imam to death, it’s animal cruelty.

Actually I think you just insulted every animal on the planet~~;)

A very large part of life is financial, including the cost of marriage, the house, and so forth, much of which wouldn’t have been necessary if you simply dated.

Been there, done that, and it was fun!

But nowhere near the value of our marriage. Rape is not possible in this type of relationship, since any problems would be recognized and compensated for by the partner.

‘course, we’re civilized and adults...

“Just to play devil’s advocate, and not in any way defending sharia (which I find incompatible with the constitution) should a husband have to pay alimony to a wife that completely abstains from sexual activity post marriage?”

In many states that is considered fault, or at least grounds for a divorce. Sometimes this is express, sometimes it is an element of “constructive abandonment”. Thus, no alimony.

Surprisingly, this allegation is made against husbands at least as much as it is made against wives. Family law varies by state, of course.

He ought to have a debate with that feminazi who said several years ago “all sex within marriage is rape”.
